Make-a-thon is an event where students from various departments of DBCL collaborate for a period of one month to ideate, create and deliver solutions to various challenges and problems. These problems are either of their interest or from the various domains provided by the MAKE-A-THON organizers.
The event kick-starts by the challenges being selected/proposed by participants. For which they have to come up with an innovative solution and develop a prototype or a working model within one month of ideation. Solutions can be based on hardware or software projects and will be refined based on feedbacks from faculty and industry experts. The event then concludes with judging, prize distribution and incubation.
The MAKE-A-THON event was held on 27th August, 13th and 19th September and 3rd to 4th of October 2019.
PRIZES:
Top 3 winners of the Make-a-Thon will be getting a ₹5 lakh worth of working capital and exciting cash prizes also.
